If you are unsure, book a free inspection — we will photograph the roof and tell you honestly whether anything needs doing.
It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. Isolated problems on a roof with years of life left are usually a repair. Widespread granule loss, multiple leaks or a roof past its expected lifespan point to replacement. We will show you what we found and explain both options with costs.
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days, depending on the size of the roof, the pitch and the weather. We will give you a firm schedule with your estimate so you can plan around it.
